Joomla seems to think there are duplicate emails, otherwise it wouldn't give you that error. I don't know about the second error.

Does normal Joomla user registration work where you register through Joomla without the use of any third-party API?

Are you using a registration/sign-on function like you typically see e.g. "use [Facebook/Twitter/Google/Instagram] to register/login" ? I wonder then, is the (second) error coming from that third-party API and not Joomla?for registration and login I am using API from another website and don't save user password on my website.
